Majority of Muslim girls will unfortunately not get with you, as it's strictly forbidden in Islam. Unless of course you convert and marry the girl. Depends on their level of religiousness tho. A non-practising Muslim girl could date you, although highly unlikely.
Basically, you just want to have an interracial relationship right? So just treat it normally just chat to girls that happen to be black or of other ethnic groups and do your thing. Girls are girls at the end of the day, we're all the same species you know. Just try to find a shared passion or something in common or whatever and crack on. Interracial dating is so common these times, really no big deal.
