Is my figure ugly?

I am beginning to loathe my body. I have been working out A LOT since October. I've shifted roughly 10 pounds but then I put on a bit over Christmas, and a lot of my muscle seems to have disappeared :frown: . I have really chunky thighs - I really struggle to lose weight there despite running regularly & walking everywhere. Here are the pics

its not like you should be worried, but there is room for improvement. Just keep working out/running

Trust me you look good dw! I'd rather have thicker thighs rather than really skinny ones
Nope not ugly at all, there's some room for improvement around the belly but I wouldn't sweat it.

You need confidence. Telling yourself you're ugly isn't going to give you any.
If the muscle has disappeared, rethink your diet And do those core exercises again. You know, the ones that will give you "abs". And instead of setting aesthetic goals, set performance goals.

You lose weight with a calroie deficit.

The muscle hides underneath the fat on top. its like a blanket.

Control your calories and exercise but with a mix of cardio (running if thats what you like) weights. It will be more effective and will help you get a better shap by preserving a higher % of muscle.

Is it ugly? Too emotive. Theres scope for getting leaner. You did a good job losing 10lb, do the same again. Be consistent and patient. Join MFP. Gym is full of resolutioners at this time.
