Almost any topic you have learnt can be on any paper. There is no fixed list of what topics are on which.
The topics depend on whether you are doing foundation or higher tier exams. If you want a detailed description of them you can download the specification that you will find on your examiners web site.
If you just want to know what topics there are and find some useful revision and practice resources have a look at the mathsgenie.co.uk website. If you prefer something on paper then an inexpensive revision guide will explain everything you need to know and an exam practice workbook will help you prepare for the exams.
