with my gcse grades and the a levels im doing could i get into pathology by doing medicine at uni? what grades would i need to get into it?

Check entry requirement on uni's website. Generally speaking AAA-A*A*A depending on the medical schools, and a few require a minimum number A*\A at GCSE.
