My advice for any kind of addiction is to just take it a day at a time, have a reward for every day you don't do it (obviously a reward that isn't the addictive thing!)
Get busy and find a new hobby, a new series to watch or a podcast, buy a fidget cube.
If it's something health related, go seek advice- if it's gonna damage your health, it's best to ask for advice- but it takes courage!
