Indeed I can, but you can have a go at it first. Also what quiopdaf said is not the wanted way to approach this question. Which part are you unsure about?

I assume you can sketch it??

Then for part b, use your sketch and mark on an arbitrary x=rx=r and x=r1x=r-1 then draw a rectangle between the two values such that it's area is 1r2\frac{1}{r^2}
