How much weight does LSE put on the personal statement?

Just wondering because my results are a bit meh-ish for LSE standards.

I got the 4 week email 3 weeks ago and I consider my PS to be quite strong (I hope?)

A lot.

Since LSE doesn't interview, your PS has to be impeccable.

Having said that, the grades are crucial.

I have straight As, it's just that I don't know if I enough A+ (didn't do GCSEs but got 4A+ 5A in the equivalent) and if my Maths UMS is high enough. I've a 92 average which I've heard is kind of on the low side for LSE...
