when you say 'Good morning' you're wishing the other person a good morning,
therefore
to you I say 'good morning'
to me you say 'good afternoon'

I think if it was 4.30pm I would say evening, so probably after 4ish, but definitely by 5pm.

Trying not to give up but I need to figure out what exactly I'm going to do, it's so hard since I won't have my school to back me up, gotta do it alone :frown: I took a day off today, I hate taking days off :emo:

5pm definitely, you can't say good afternoon to someone after that.

Evening is technically from 6pm to dusk when no sunlight is visible.

I am happy to accept 5pm as the official time. I think between 4-5 is a bit of a grey area that's not really either but maybe is afternoon.
