Ketchup is the most versatile amongst all the sauces. The others all have a place (wtf is sriracha tho?) but none take that of Ketchup.
On a separate note, mustard needs to be defined because in my head it could relate to 3 different condiments, the classic English mustard, the *******ised American hotdog mustard and the French whole grain. All of which are very different from the next.
