This is not a new ranking. It's its second year.

"The data in Times Higher Education ranking of The World’s Most International Universities 2017 ....... Taking into account a university’s proportions of international students, international staff and journal publications with at least one international co‐author."

And none of this will make any difference at all to the average undergraduate.

It can only survive by monetising its audience. That's how (most of) the interweb works.

Massive changes. The Top 2 dropped off, for example. UK universities all climbed up quickly.

This is because they added "international reputation" (25%) to weed out all the random universities no-one knows about and excluded universities that are not Top 500 on the main table.
