None at all. Infact I hope there are commercially viable non animal-product fluxes that exist

Dunno much about what you guys eat.

all i eat is peanut butter sandwiches, the actual peanuts, and then veg/fruit whenever i crave something else (lol, don't do what i do, not sure this is healthy) (i do take multi-vitimins though)
