Perhaps he means effectively unconditional. Mine is conditional, but just based on completing D&B and medical questionnaire.

Unconditional offer

Does your ucas say unconditional? I achieved a*a*a and mine says conditional, only on doing a self decleration and a dbs once I accept the offer.

I'm applying as a graduate and that's why my offer is 'conditional' on me completing a couple of bits of paperwork. I think they are in the same situation. It might as well say 'unconditional' but I doubt it says that on anyone's UCAS - how would they have already have done the medical questionnaire and DBS before the offer was made?

I'm in the same boat as yourself. I wasn't planning on a five year course but Exeter seemed lovely. It is going to be hard making decisions come May time.
