I've had 70kg weights land on me before from 4m up in the air.
That hurt a fair amount.

Ouch! I once fell 20 feet (off a rope-swing - put me off them for a while!) but never anything like that...

Does getting hit by a car and then going on a ten-mile hike the next day count? (This was a week after I fell off the rope-swing.)
