I'd say Spain, even considering how commercialised it has become especially because it is extremely popular with all us British and Irish tourists, but only because I've never been to Spain before but have been to the Netherlands a few times already.

Spain. In the Basque part I have read they have cider halls like Germany's beer halls. They also serve steak, so it's a win win combination. Plus it's nice and hilly so good for cycling.
