I'm trying to get more response do you know any good ways to go about this (I don't use Facebook) I tried twitter but didn't get much of a response.

Try /r/SampleSize/, I've been getting a few participants from there.

www.callforparticipants.com/ is also a good one. You can make a nice page for your study and advertise it there.

Other than that if there are any other forums relevant to your subject they might let you post something. Just be sure to message an admin for permission first.
