Best place to do an Art Foundation Course?

Hi
I'm currently in my first year of an Art and Design BTEC in college and I'm starting to look at what to do after college. I'm thinking of doing an art foundation course, which they offer at my college and is meant to be really good there, but I don't know whether I should stay on or study at a university instead. Does anyone know which universities are meant to be good for art foundations?
Thanks!

There's some threads on this in the Art and Design university courses forum.

Because a foundation diploma is an FE course you won't get a student loan to cover living costs (but there's no fees if you're under 19) which is why a lot of people take them at their local college.

I went to the Oxford Brookes open day and it was lovely and heard great things about it from other students. I recommend researching the course they provide as their graduate prospects seem really great x

I went to an Oxford Brookes open day today to look for the art and designs foundation and after being really encouraged by the talks and the city, I was really excited. However I went to see the facilities for fashion (as I want to specialise in fashion after the second term) and they had 6 sewing machines!!!! The art room was pathetically tiny and the facilities are absolute crap! DO NOT RECCOMEMD GOING TO OXFORD BROOKES FOR ART AND DESIGN FOUNDATION! (If you don’t believe me go on an open day yourself and yourlly see what I’m talking about)After visiting AUB Bournemouth, Manchester and Kingston however, they all seem really good for foundations and Leeds and CSM are suppose to be amazing too
