Whatever time you usually do, take away all technology and If you feel the need, at least just fantasise in your head. Another thing that may work is to keep yourself distracted at all times.

Just do not watch it, do not think about it, do not look it up, and do other things until you forget about porn. If you must masturbate, do not use pornography for it.

Make some friends, get a job, join a sports team, put on filters… I guess if you're around people you won't get the urge, I've never understood how people get addicted to porn by my guess it's their lack of touch with reality

You might have periods of weeks where you don't watch it but you'll always go back to it particularly if you're single

Sex and masturbation are about physical stimulation in the first place, are they not? As such, you can stimulate yourself without it. You just think you need it, thereby creating a placebo effect. In reality, you have no such need.

Addicted is doing it 3 times a day with your parents knocking on the door only for you to shout "IM BUSY!!" every couple of hours. I don't think you're addicted so you don't need to worry.

You really only need a small window of time.

I didnt watch porn first time until I was 21 ish
Same with smoking/drinking
Perhaps that makes it easier for me to stop these addictions for long periods if I have to than if I grew up with them
