How can you tell if someone's insecure?

People say that body language does

We all have insecurities, some people are just better when it comes to hiding them.

Some reveal their self-doubt when they aren't able to maintain eye contact, they hesitate, they can't say no, they frequently ask for reassurance and they are nervous in social situations.

You can accidentally reveal your lack of confidence in many many ways.

These people might just be lost in their own thoughts, it might mean that they lack social skill. It's better to observe the world and be aware of your surroundings.
