it's ok, still debating on whether to enter £60 live poker tourney today. On the one hand I'm not good enough to make money for sure - well no one is, but I'm probs a fair bit below average in the field - but on the other hand would be a fun experience and it's not an absolutely unthinkable amount to pay.
Such expenses would further add to the need to start cutting down on alcohol
Well tbh if I don't buy another drink all term I'll easily last, but can I do that..

Come on quit alcohol or come on play the tourney or both lol.
I know I'll be a fish out of water (very appropriate as fish is the term for a bad poker player).
But at the same time it's a game I'm very interested in and an experience that would be fun I think.
But I need to be disciplined enough to make up the cost by tightening up my extraordinarily loose spending in other areas.
