Law Applicants & Offer holders 2017

I've seen threads like this for other schools, and I know there's a lot of us so I thought why not?

Ice breakers -
What grades did you get at AS,
what are your predicted for A2,
have you got an offer yet,
are you considering any of the international programs

if there are any current law students around that could give insight into the course/uni I know I'd really appreciate that, and I'm sure others would too.
You should promote this on the general UCL applicants page too

Offer: Yes, received 11 Jan
International programmes: The dual degree with Columbia (LLB-JD) sounds absolutely amazing, but also super competitive. I wouldn't mind not getting in to that since I'm already more than happy with the straight Law offer :colondollar:

Sup

I did the NSW HSC so...

Preliminary courses=AS grades: tbh I don't really know how to compare this to grading in the UK but I got 7 A's where A is the highest possible... we don't have A*

HSC=A2 grades: Band 6 in all my subjects basically A-A* doesn't really translate tbh
ATAR: 98.9 which basically means 1.1 percentile

No offers yet...I applied to both straight law and the UCL-HKU dual degree
What LNAT score did everyone get? I got 24. Unsure if its enough

Ugh, that's a bit complicated. I have a foreign A-level equivalent of A*A*A - A*A*A*. I am currently at a university with an average of 10/12 on Danish scale (I had to provide a second reference from my current university). This would be approximately First or 3.8/4.0 GPA.
