Im happy to take part but i have a question regarding your method of study, are you worried about high participant drop outs because of the nature of your study? Requiring people to track their own progress? Just curious!

Yes - it's been an absolute nightmare! Getting ethical approval was such a headache and they wouldn't allow any kind of incentive such as a prize drawer, either. Luckily I only need 20 participants from each undergrad year, but it is taking a lot of work to recruit. I am filling in a lottttt of other people's surveys, ha ha
And thank you for the participation, I can appreciate it is a bit of a hassle!
