Kent University Accommodation Thread 2017

What accommodation choices have people applied for and why!

My choices are:
1. Tyler Court B/C - All rooms are en-suite, 2 mins away from library & school of computing
2. Turing, Large - Brand new & apparently really sociable
3. Turing, Houses - Had to choose a non-ensuite option

When I saw it online I had the same thought

I applied for parkwood 5/6 bed, keynes and turing houses
1. Parkwood 5 persons
2. Parkwood 6 persons
3. Darwin College

Order basically cause of the costs. But I heard Parkwood is great and I don't mind walking 5-10 mins to campus, we're still young, right?
1. Tyler Court B/C - It's in a good place for my course and I've heard it's pretty quiet
2. Turing College - It was either this or Park Wood Flats, Turing is a little bit closer
3. Turing College, Standard - I'm not sure Park Wood is for me so I'd rather have a room in Turing or Darwin
4 .Darwin College, Large - Same reason as above

I don't mind if I get given something else, university is all about the experience

You're actually the only one I've seen so far who has actually applied for Darwin  Popular options seem to be Keynes and Parkwood.
