Transferring to medicine course in new university from a medical course

I could be in one of two situations

I start a medical course abroad in the EU in September
or
I start a biochemistry course in the UK in September

after completing a year or 2,3 or the whole course how would i transfer or apply to a medical course in the UK?

I am eager to get a degree from a UK uni in medicine as it is more "renowned" or "competitive" when applying for a job internationally I have heard.
my uneducated uninformed idea was that after completing so many years of the medical course in the EU lets say then I would be offered a place on a medical course in the UK. without necessarily having an interview or taking UKCAT test and such.
You wouldn't transfer, you'd complete the BSc in biochemistry then apply for medicine as a graduate. You could either apply to a four year graduate entry course or to the standard five year degree, but either way you would need to complete your undergrad degree first.

UK medical schools don't accept transfers from abroad.

Likewise, I have not heard of UK universities accepting international transfers. However, if in doubt best to contact university admissions departments directly.
