Anybody an anarchist?

Poll

Are you an anarco cap/minarchist?

Wondering if there are anaracho capitalists or minarchists on the forum?
I would describe myself as anarcho-communist.

So called anarcho-capitalism is about as peak trashcan as ideologies can possibly get.

A communist society is a stateless society. Anarchist and communists want the same thing.

Anarcho-communism is a real political philosophy with with a real history that exists. Maybe go dome some reading before calling others stupid.

I mean it is a badly thought out philosophy that doesn't really survive scrutiny on its own terms, has barely any history or academic tradition etc. You don't have to agree with anarchism's axioms, worldview or whether it would work or not but it is a real political philosophy that exists and is coherent in a way anarcho capitalism just isn't.

By that logic, "anarcho-fascism" could be a thing too.

But more to the point, the difference is that one is movement with a long history, and the other is a mostly web-based novelty gimmick.

I wasn't trying to make an argument. I gave you a nudge in the right direction. I'm not going to do it for you.

You clearly don't know enough if you didn't grasp that communism is a stateless society and why that lends itself to anarchism. If you new anything about anarchism and its history it should not surprise you that anarchism and communism can go together.

a history of failure doesn't count.

This is why I did not try to argue with you any further as you have no interest in a grown up argument.

How can you have national anarchism. "I'm a statist anarchist" :dunce:

Every movement has a history of failure until it succeeds, but it wouldn't have been able to succeed without the structures, experiences and history that it built up over that time.
