Anxiety about sitting yr 12 exams

I am so so scared about sitting my exams next week, i've done loads of revision but i still feel like i don't know anything! I'm studying Law (OCR) and Media studies (AQA) I'm predicted an A in media and a B in law.

any tips on how to get over my panic, i have really severe anxiety so anyone with any tips would be great.

thank you!
