Good session this evening.
Squats:
170 x 1
190 x 1
200 x 1
155 x 2/5/6
200 is a PR. Felt very difficult, and I think I lost tightness at the bottom too. But I got it. The back-off sets were quite hard. First back-off set where I got a double, it's because my trousers felt too low so I stopped the set.
Bench press:
92.5 x 5/5/5 - paused
Easier than last time, thankfully, although still quite difficult on the last rep or two.
Then did some lat pull downs on the machine for 3 x 8.
Then went home.
