Tonight wasn't that great.

Squats:

130 x 5/5

Light squats.

Bench press:

100 x 4/3/2

Disappointing, really. Just didn't have much upper body strength tonight.

Chins:

bodyweight x 5/can't remember

Same as a above.

Then home.
Mixed session tonight. Mainly good but some bad.

Squats:

167.5 x 5/5/5

Same as last time, which is good.

Seated dumbbell overhead press:

25s x 10/10/10

Not bad.

Deadlifts:

190 x 0

Bad. Maybe I wasn't recovered enough.

Then home.
Average session tonight.

Squats:

130 x 5/5

Light squats.

Paused bench press:

92 x 5/5/5

Actually quite hard. On one side the bar felt much heavier on the last set, and also neck and pecs feeling really tight.

Chins:

bodyweight x 3/3/3/3/3/3/3/3

Wanted to get some chins done.

Lacrosse ball work on pecs for a bit between chin ups, then home.
Not a good session tonight.

Squats:

170 x 3/1

Just never felt right at all, including form wise. Knee and thigh also not feeling that great.

Press:

77.5 x 2/0
70 x 5/0

Just never had much upper body strength in me tonight.

Barbell rows:

90 x 5/5/5

Not too bad at all.

Then home.
Just did some lat pull downs and foam rolling this afternoon to get something done...
Mixed session tonight.

Squats:

170 x 5/5/5

Very difficult. Form not really holding up either.

Press:

72 x 5/5/5

Quite difficult.

Deadlifts:

190 x 0

Dunno what's up with this. The warm up didn't feel bad at all.

Then home.
Okay session this evening.

Deadlifts:

190 x 3
160 x 8

Bit disappointed about the 190 - was aiming for 5 - but 160 for 8 not too bad for me. Quite difficult cardio wise.

Barbell rows:

90 x 8/8/8

Okay.

Tried to do some chins, but hurt wrist, and didn't get that many pull-ups either.

Then went home.
Good session this evening.

Squats:

170 x 1
190 x 1
200 x 1
155 x 2/5/6

200 is a PR. Felt very difficult, and I think I lost tightness at the bottom too. But I got it. The back-off sets were quite hard. First back-off set where I got a double, it's because my trousers felt too low so I stopped the set.

Bench press:

92.5 x 5/5/5 - paused

Easier than last time, thankfully, although still quite difficult on the last rep or two.

Then did some lat pull downs on the machine for 3 x 8.

Then went home.

Okay session tonight. Not eaten much today so perhaps wasn't expecting too much. A quick one.

Deadlifts:

180 x 5/5

First set not too bad; second much harder.

Chins:

bodyweight x 5

Then I hurt my wrist like last time I did these, and couldn't really do anything after.

Then home.
Another quick one this afternoon. Wanted to get done what I didn't manage yesterday.

Press:

74 x 3/3/3/3/3

Was hoping for fives. Wrist still sore so wore wrist wraps.

Did a quick set on CGBP to see if wrist was okay with that, but it was probably far too light, then went home.

Good session tonight, generally.

Squats: 172.5 x 5/5/5

Generally very difficult, but got them all. Equals a 3 x 5 PR.

Bench press:

94 x 5 - paused
90 x 3/3/4 - paused

The last rep of 94 was very difficult, so rather than fail the next set I dropped it down to get some triples in. Did a 4 on the last set so I could get 15 reps.

Lat pull downs:

1 x 6
3 x 10

Not wanting to try chins with my wrist the way it is at the moment.

Then home.
Bad session tonight.

Squats:

Light squats. Lower body feeling quite sore from Monday.

Press:

70 x 1/0

Really disappointing - never felt like I had any upper body strength in me tonight.

Good session this evening - a quick one. Had a sore head though - possibly due to not drinking much fluid and the heat today.

Deadlifts:

185 x 6
170 x 3/3

Almost had a seventh in me for the first set, but grip failed. Better than I was expecting. Then did two quick back-off sets trying to focus on form.

Lat pull downs:

1 x 10 - chin up grip, wrists not liking this.
1 x 6 - kinda close grip pull up grip, but weight quite heavy
1 x 10 - wider grip pull up grip, felt better on the wrists

Then home.
