I'm not going to say which languages, but I can speak three fluently. I learnt all of them at the same time when I was younger.

Yes I can, but I choose not to because I've spoken English so much that I find it easier and faster to just think in English

If one is often speaking in english their thoughts are just the same as a native english person

I speak Albanian and English but I think in English.

I speak four languages. I tend to think in english except for maths...
