Small boobs are back in! Don't feel like you should be ashamed of them in some way.
Why dresses little girls wear them and they dont show off a womans figure. Shorts and a strappy vest however do.

Yeah but im sure having small chest doesnt make u look bad. Infact quiet a large number of people like psople with small chest.... go out and enjoy yourself. Self consciousness is your biggest enemy.
