How do you make revision notes?

Could you please attach a sample of your revision notes to see how you layout your revision?

I cant attach anything but I can tell you. First I see if I have the basics down by looking at all the topics and summarising them. Then I do a past paper and see what I can't do. Then I look at that and revise that for a bit and see if I can do the questions about it. Repeat until full done a paper. Then another paper. You soon get to know the layout and types of questions that will come up.
