Pretty much all colleges have a variety of rooms of various standards. Some old, some less old, some quite new. Some with ensuite, some without. Some large, some not so much.

Accordingly they also tend to have a range of prices too.

Also there's usually a semi-random ballot to allocate first year rooms so even if you fancy a particular room it's unlikely you will get it.

Best thing is to have a wander around during an Open Day, but keep in mind that rooms you see may not be entirely representative of all the accommodation... :wink:
