How to make the most of Lecutres,seminars,conferences in my PS?
I do try to talk about things that have fascinated me from these but it ends up being long winded.

Start long winded and then cut it down.
Anything that you found interesting, surprising, linked to other events/topics, would do differently with hindsight etc etc.
