Tweak your history settings so that your browser doesn't record it? That's what I do.

I use incognito mode, so I do not have a history :u:

When I do, it is just so that my laptop is not burdened with unnecessary things that take up memory space.

Don't know how to do that on my phone and I find history convenient in case I need to the revisit something and forget the url
In case someone uses one of my Apple devices (they're all linked) and types in "p" in the browser.
Deletes cookies as well which stop website tracking and feeding the same old crap because 'puter thinks that's what you will always want.
