Dazed and Confused: Masters Real Estate

I've been working in the real estate sector for the past 4 years:

JLL: Valuations, retail advisory, strategic consulting - 3 years.
EY: Valuations and strategic consulting - 1 year.

I really need to make a decision regarding what postgraduate degree to pursue, as I've hit a glass ceiling in my career (can't make manager with no higher degree).

So far, I've looked at:

Cambridge Real Estate Finance MPhil: The profiles of their students gives the impression that they're so young. They graduate and go on to entry level jobs.

University of Manchester MSc Real Estate Development: Wasn't impressed.

Cass MSc Real Estate: Again, not impressed, plus profiles had little to no experience.

Am I too old? Any epic real estate programs around for people that have good experience?
