Yeah it isn't it's a Seventies band called Badfinger, I'm very much into all that retro stuff so I thought I'd give it a go
Maybe get a fringe and straighten it, and then part it.
Take the picture to the hairdressers and ask them if they can cut your hair in this style, providing your hair is already long.
