Have you checked the documentation?
https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/

And are you using a valid API key?

Ah I'm afraid I'm not sure then, what if you try displaying it in another browser?

i am working in jquery mobile

and in jquery mobile everything happens on one browser
Finalise it. Test it on several browsers?
It may be due to missing software/application on the device which you are using?
What sort of project is this? What for? Are there no examples you can take online?

I know why. I have faced this issue recently... Is it because of how Google have made that change as they wanted to limit the number of uses of the maps?

what does that mean..?

i have done it the following way by following the documentation:

you want me to try it their way?

You may need to upload onto a server.
