There are many different league tables, all of which use slightly, or significant, different criteria.

But I wouldn't use league tables as a primary method of picking a university.

Look at the course, and see if you want to be studying that course at that university for 4+ years.

Wut? "Reputation" is such a nebulous and frankly irrelevant metric.

They got a Gold in TEF.

They are among the top 10 in the High Fliers report for employers.

If you like Nottingham (and, more importantly, their course) go there.

I'm not particularly familiar with either city, but even if I was what suits me might not suit you. You have to make the decision
