X~Po(1) for 10 seconds
So X~Po(3) for 30 seconds

I'm sure you can work out the rest as P(X=2) is P (X<=2)-P(X<=1)

If there are 2 errors in 30 seconds, you can use my above working in conjunction with a Poisson table of values with lambda of 3 in order to work out the answer
