I'd shoot MYSELF in the leg for £15 Million.
Obviously yes, and for much less than the required amount.

Even if you split it to give a large majority to your friend as compensation these are life changing sums of money.

What sort of gun are we talking, like they could die from blood loss if it blows the whole leg off. Also do we get to talk to them before deciding.

Of course, they wouldn't hesitate if it was me!
100% yes! It's not going to kill them, and it will most likely heal and if not, prosthetic legs are always an option.
