Having seen both, I would also personally prefer Oxford. It is just my personal taste while I'm sure some would go for Cambridge.
I would say, since you have three university choices, it is fine if one of them is a competitive course at a high-ranking uni. Hope that helps.

It's okay I've actually finally decided on Oxford! Oxbridge is competitive nonetheless so I was prepared for a challenge regardless.
