Both if im going out straight after
after.
After,

Someone told me you should do it before though as it acts as some form of protection?

Sound like bullsh*t if you ask me.
Usually after but I like to leave around 45minutes between eating and brushing

So you brush before you're about to get your teeth dirty?
both
After because after you have ate you have the food on your teeth so brushing your teeth gets it off - keeping teeth clean.

Your avatar perfectly compliments this comment 😂
Before. Eating with a dirty mouth in the morning is nasty to me
Before... My friend does it after, she might as well brush her teeth after having lunch and dinner & after a glass of water if she brushes after breakfast lol

Yup, like because I personally see no point in brushing my teeth after breakfast if i'm not going to brush my teeth after every meal. I prefer to do it like at the start and at the end of the day.
Before after seems more logical but before

Fair enough that makes sense
Before? Although I don't eat till 7pm so :dontknow:
Well i brush straight after i wake up and i sometimes don't eat breakfast so there's that. When i do it's usually an hour or two after i wake up.

Yeah, but you're doing just before eating, it doesn't make sense to me.
After, otherwise there's just gonna be food in my teeth fam

A dentist told me something about how some flouride stuff (I was barely paying attention) chills out in your mouth through the day but he was using it as an argument for not using mouthwash rather than brushing before breakfast. At the end of the day you're gonna just brush off all the crap you had during breakfast and get the protection for the rest of the day anyway, surely...

Because you are getting rid of all the bad bacteria by brushing before eating.
