Girls have them as well. More a symptom of the frustration than a strategy for dealing with it though.

I know it doesn't get rid of the frustration, in order to minimise the frustration and make it very tolerable read my initial post.

IIRC it is in Islam if you're at risk of acting on your urges in a worse way.

There's nothing wrong with masturbation anyway. It relieves stress, helps build confidence (if done in moderation) and gives you a means by which to learn about your sexuality for when you start having sex with a partner - because, contrary to popular belief, women deserve a good time in bed too.

Don't masturbate or watch porn that's definitely a hole you dont want to dig.

My only advice is try getting married early as the beloved Prophet Muhammed Pbuh advised s to, and to fight the sexual urges I've realised from my terrible history with it is to wait it out

Sounds ridiculous but if you put your mind into doing something productive you should be able to ride out the sexual frustration fairy quickly- it doesn't last too long.

Like in our culture you can't even get married until 23, after you have completed your degree or whatever.
Back in the day it was more acceptable to get married early.
