I feel like a right numpty.
Just as I start thinking I'm getting okay with the things I can't stomach, like my fears and phobias, I end up crying in front of my whole family over some pictures and a little bit of turbulence on my flight makes me puke for over an hour.
I swear I can't stand myself.

:console:

Crying isn't bad - it's just an emotional release. And people can experience all kinds of emotions over all kinds of different things.

"Tears have cleansed my eyes and errors have taught me the language of the hearts".

And with regards to plane turbulence, it's natural to feel unsettled at times like that. And look a the bright side - at least you didn't puke at the thought of take-off (I've known many to do that )

True, I just wish I wasn't so sensitive to when people try to get to me  it's like getting hit right in the balls

 what is that?

I know, it's just that I'm usually a very good flyer  Although to be fair, we hit the turbulence when we were eating dinner

I just rang up to book a hospital appointment, I was so anxious.
The appointment is in November :nothing: will have to suffer until then :cry2:

The waits are always terrors but at least it's going somewhere.

I've heard waiting times are pretty bad these days.

So ask... no one? Dr. Strange, everyone can do without me, and they would be better off for it too. Why I continue to plague their lives with my presence, I :dontknow:
Guess I feel like I might as well torture everyone because if I have to live with me, they do too
:sigh: Just tired. I'm worse when I'm tired

---------------------------------------------------------------------
My family won't stop going on about marriage and it's really pissing me off :colonhash:  fgs.
I don't even understand how they manage to bring it up as often as they do atm :hmmmm:
:banghead: Next person I hear it from, I might just end up snapping at them :colonhash:
And before anyone says try to speak to them, failed big time.

I demand you to stop saying that right this moment :slap: Nobody will do without you. You're important to many people. Remember - you're the cause of someone's happiness. Be happy with who you are, not sad of who you're not! There are many people who would love to be you!

My parents talk about marriage too. I've just learnt to laugh it off and ignore it. If it makes them happy then by all means enjoy yourselves talking about my marriage. It's not happening anytime soon... Probably never at this rate, so joke's on them.
I'm doing very well at the moment 😄

My purpose is to make people smile and laugh and, if that means I embarrassing myself by saying something random then my job is done 😂😂

It's a good trait to have to be able to make people smile and laugh. I really appreciate people that go out of their way to cheer me up :h:
I feel like I need to be in control of myself :frown:

Well they may still do an x-ray in order to investigate whatever discomfort it is that you're facing. A rheumatologist is simply a specialist in a broad range of conditions in that category.

And you shouldn't think like that. If you're in any kind of discomfort then your need is just as valid as anyone else's.

I know but why make it so complicated? I wanted an appointment with a female doctor but they could not find who the doctor was when I rang up :sigh:

It's only back-pain when I wake up in the morning and can get worse when I stand for long periods of time. My GP says it would be normal in older people, but because I am young it may be serious (and also because it has been going on for a year or more)

I hope I have cancer :colonhash:

It's lovely, isn't it? 😄 I'm usually happy but sometimes you just need that little pick me up.

If it makes anyone feel better, I washed my work uniform and after spinning it over 15 times it still feels like it's taken a swim in the Lake - so I've had to squeeze most of the water out with my hands... SO MUCH FUN!! 😂😂😂

Awww, I understand  :hugs: Still, I suppose the good thing about being sensitive is that you develop a better understanding of the emotions felt by other people. And you can always draw strength from the fact that you live with this sensitivity without being completely consumed by it. :yep:

It's just thought taken from the works of Khalil Gibran (a very famous poet of old).

I have a huge collection of literature, and an abundance of reference points for all occasions.

Shhhh :colonhash: I'm not going to dignify these lies with a response :colonhash: I hope you've had a rest and a recharge by now

You know very well who those people are, and you know there are many of them. I mean, even I know one person who you've been a pillar of strength for, so cut it out :colonhash:

It's just a bad day - only 34 mins (ish) till tomorrow tho (remember that strategy?) :hugs:

NHS problems, I guess. To be fair, they're always under a lot of pressure.

Oi don't you dare say that :cry2: :colonhash: I've seen enough of that word to last me a lifetime

It's most likely some annoying problem that needs addressing, that's all. I mean, it's a non-urgent referral, you've had it for a year, and you've been living with it. So don't be creating negativity out of nothing :naughty:

Chin up - some purring would be nice for a change  :hugs:

And now with me, you know 2 (unless that person was me already which I doubt )

I agree - we all complain and don't understand how stressful it actually is for them :ashamed:

What are they going to do at most? Tell me to exercise  Do you mean these reasons mean it cannot be cancer? :colonhash: most cancer are asymptomatic till it gets to a problematic stage where it's too late  I swear what I have been experiencing is not normal  I faint and get weird pain out of no where - it can last anywhere from 5 seconds to a few days :dontknow:
When I sit on the toilet for too long my mum shouts ''ARE YOU OK?'' whilst I am lost in my thoughts

Interesting. Typing made me feel better. Must edit and delete without reading as from experience, reading what I write is like a trigger... idk what I just wrote even.
