Do you remember why the shoutbox was taken down/disabled? I've been wondering that recently.

Not that igaf.

But under the old system I had a fair amount of rep, they changed the system and reset everyone's rep level, around the time I started posting sporadically, and still do that to this day tbh

I'm pretty sure folks from /b/ trolled here at some point, (I found an Encyclopedia Dramatica article about TSR from 2010ish) but the days of vaguely entertaining trolls are long gone :emo:

Just the rotation of users really, old faces new faces

Trolls have always been on TSR.

The height thing seems to have just come in these past 1-2 years

I still think that it would be a nice feature considering that you can't "advertise" off-site communication on here. That said, it would probably breed the same cringy behaviour characteristic of some parts of this website, so I'd be slightly hesitant too.
