Does anyone know if at bachelor level for chemistry or chemical engineering if you get an equation book in exams like in AQA physics A-level?

That will depend on the university. If you do chemistry you'll probably at least get a book of character tables for common point groups.

For Chemistry point group tables will almost always be provided (as already mentioned), but mathematical formulae are less likely to be provided.

A periodic table isn't a guarantee either, most universities will provide them but, for example, at Oxford I was expected to know the periodic table for the purposes of exams.
