Application online forms - cannot find

Please can you send me the link for the application forms online for the below?
MAINTENANCE LOAN POSTGRADUATE is this part of the main student finance application? Please can you help confirm? from the student finance calculator i am eligible for the following, but cannot find all the application forms?

Tuition fee Loan 8,000 - form submitted
Maintenance Loan 7,700 - NOT FOUND FORM TO APPLY
Childcare grant - NOT FOUND FORM TO APPLY
Parents Learning Allowance - NOT FOUND FORM TO APPLY
DSA - pending completion

Hello,

I am studying a Masters Degree yes.
I am confused as i have applied for the 2017 / 2018 Postgraduate Loan.
But i am entitled to a few other items - are these included within the same application form for SFE or are they separate application forms like DSA?

The funding that is available for Postgraduate Loan is a loan amount of £10280 this is your maintenance loan and tuition fee loan combined together their is no other funding available along with it apart from the Disability Student Allowance, to apply for this you will need to complete a DSA1 paper form.

Hello, other than DSA is there any funding available for full time students for child care? if so please could you help direct me to the correct online form? Thank You

With Postgraduate Loan the only funding available is the DSA and the Loan amount of £10280, in regards to childcare you can speak to your university to see if have any funding in place for childcare.

within the eligibility it does say that i am eligible to claim this? also very confused as the original eligibility doesn't have undergraduate eligibility on it anywhere just full time student.
