Have I been caught by the police laser gun?
Hi
I was driving down the road and saw a marked police officer facing the other way with a speed gun.
Luckily I saw it and put my brakes on just before passing the policeman.
As my car was behind the officer, can I assume I haven't been caught?
Do I have to be in front of the camera to be caught?

Usually the speed gun is pointed towards oncoming traffic, not away from it.

Are you sure it had a speed gun?
