what is stoichometry?

It is quasi the mathematical aspect in chemistry. You can determine the masses of substances with this to name an example. That is an often used calculation.

Another calculations in chemistry are used to deterime the volume, the amount of substances or the numbers of particles. All of those is stoichometry.

It's the ratio between the relative quantities of substances involved in a chemical reaction.

This reads like gibberish. Also it's definitely not "the mathematical aspect in chemistry".

Sometimes gibberish is the first step to explain a layperson an asked issue. And if this person grasps it and nothing is wrong with the explanation, I see no problems of talking gibberish.
