So like, say I wanted to jump super high, I could strengthen my quads and calves etc. and pull off a crazy jump that wouldn't usually be possible. Or if I was being crushed down by my head then I could strengthen my traps and neck muscles so I could push away whatever is crushing me just with the force of my neck.

1. The ability to point a finger at someone and cause them to get overwhelmed with crippling depression.

Second one is pretty mad, first one is great for those spicy memes and the third would just be better as general electricity manipulation? Like what if your car battery dies or a powercut happens?

Nah, I'd have no idea about the amps that I'm putting through. As long as it can charge a phone without it getting blown up, I can do it on just about anything even if it does take a while.
