What I'd suggest is dressing smartly and just thinking through scenarios of how to deal with customers, what someone working there does throughout rh whole process of building a bear, how to make the experience for them as good as possible etc etc, and don't be shy on this day - make a lasting impression by being vocal without being pushy, but don't say something if you think it's wrong :lol:
