Fascists are warriors against godless communism

With what's going on in Spain right now I'm sure you have all heard of Francisco Franco.

In countries like Poland, many see him in a positive light as he refused to recognize the Communist People's Republic of Poland

Fascism is just as godless as communism. If not more so, since there are many aspects of communism that the major Abrahamic religions agree with.

Hell, fascism is based on an evolutionary view of nations - survival of the fittest. Socialism is based on a rather important concept in the Bible, namely that all men are created equal.

Except that the author of The Communist Manifesto specifically rejects religion as the Opiate of the Masses while the spiritual father of Fascism, Frederick the Great, was just a spiritual skeptic.

Fascism sucks. Communism sucks. Both are centered on the idea of the absolute incorruptibility of government and the inherent desire of government to serve the people and not vice versa.

You make communism sound jolly good then...
Fascism doesn’t oppose communism because it is some sort of religious defending benevolent ideology, fascism opposes communism as it wants to be top of the food chain and communism could appeal to its support base. The people who view him positively might not think the same if they lived under him.
This debate is redundant. Fascism and Communism are the same in practice.

Frederick the Great? The spiritual father of fascism? In what way?

Socialism has always been anti-religion. It has still been more in line with what the Bible commands than fascism.

Hell, were Christ to have returned in the Second Coming in 1942, the Germans would have gassed him for being a jew.

Centralized, benevolent dictatorship held up as the ideal to aspire to by Hitler in the same way that Marxism was held up as the ideal by Stalin.
